Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. You will identify residents before procedures, assist with daily activities, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will record changes in residents' conditions, report incidents, and ensure privacy and confidentiality while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately and descriptively in flow sheets and notes.
• Report all changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized resident room and prepare it for receiving residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure resident privacy and report suspected violations of confidentiality.
• Observe and report accidents, injuries or health concerns during the shift.
