Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and support to residents as outlined by care plans. You will work with nursing staff to ensure timely assistance, clean and safe environments, and respectful treatment of residents.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to patient confidentiality. This position is based on-site with standard facility shifts and routine tasks described in care procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information.
• Ability to write reports and procedures; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality of health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
