Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents at our community. The role includes administering prescribed medications within the scope of practice and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMAR/MAR system.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, reporting concerns, and collaborating with RNs/LPNs and the health care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA license from State Board in good standing.
• Med Tech license from State Board in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to become certified within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain medication carts and complete cart audits.
• Document all medication administration in EMAR/MAR; report exceptions to HCD.
• Communicate resident status and needs to HCD and Daily Log.
• Assist residents to dining room and during activities; respond to emergencies.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

CNA license (State Board)
