Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. You will support medication administration within approved scope, document in EMAR/MAR, and report concerns to the nursing team.

Responsibilities include helping residents move, attending trainings, and ensuring safety during emergencies, with a focus on compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Responsabilités

• Assists with administration of prescribed medications within the established scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and move them to dining and activities.
• Perform medication cart audits and maintain the medication cart as directed.
• Document medication administration on EMAR/MAR and Daily Log; report exceptions to HCD.
• Communicate resident status and appointments; participate in move-in transitions and in-services.
