Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or CMA to assist with medication administration and resident daily living activities. You will work under a licensed nurse and DON to ensure safe medication practices.

Responsibilities include charting, labeling, storage, and following the five rights. Certification must be current, with CNA standing in good standing; 0–1 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (QMA) or CMA certification by the state and CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Apply the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Document medication charts as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
