Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide essential medication support and assist residents in their daily activities. In this role, you will set up and administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Assisting with administering medications to residents under supervision.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.

Education

Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing
