Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with medications under licensed supervision and to help residents with activities of daily living in a supportive long-term care setting.

You will practice the five rights of medication administration and ensure proper labeling, storage, and charting as directed by nursing leadership. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• QMA/CMA certification required in state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Chart medications as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.
