Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse and per state regulations. You will also help residents with activities of daily living and accurately chart doses.

Formación

• Must be certified as QMA/CMA by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Responsible for assisting with medication administration under supervision and for activities of daily living.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up, administers, and records certain prescribed medications under nurse supervision.
• Practices the five rights of medication administration.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Educación

QMA/CMA certification (state)

CNA Certification in good standing
