Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with medication administration and daily living activities for residents. You will work under licensed nurse supervision and follow state regulations while maintaining CNA certification in good standing.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• The CMA sets up, administers, and records certain prescribed medications under nurse supervision and state regulations.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
