Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications and supporting residents with daily living activities in a long-term care setting. The role requires state certification and CNAs in good standing, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, administering medications and documenting care as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
