Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with medication administration and residents’ daily living activities in our Indiana facility. The role operates under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and requires state certification and an active CNA credential.

The position emphasizes accuracy in med administration, proper labeling, and adherence to policy, with opportunities for growth and a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing staff.
