Qualifications

• Ability to read physician orders and match them to Medication Administration Records.
• Certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Document completion of daily tasks and observed changes in residents’ conditions.
• Communicate resident needs with other Medication Aides to ensure consistent care.
