Job summary

Milestone in Englewood, CO is seeking a Medication Aide/Tech to administer medications and support ADLs in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will follow service plans, communicate with providers and families, and help maintain resident safety and comfort during night shifts.

Responsibilities include documenting tasks, coordinating with fellow aides, serving meals, and adhering to HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines while providing compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Compassion for elderly and desire to help.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to read physician orders and translate to MARs.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans and pass medications per physician orders.
• Document completion of daily tasks and note changes in residents' conditions.
• Communicate resident needs with other Medication Aides to ensure consistency of care.
• Assist in meal service and dining room upkeep.
• Supervise staff during shifts and ensure safety and quality care.
