The candidate will handle check-ins, data entry, co-pay collection, and scheduling while maintaining a welcoming reception area and coordinating with clinical staff. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience required; medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of keyboarding, data entry and basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and route questions.
• Check-in patients and answer calls; manage front desk operations as appropriate.
• Record and collect co-pays and deposits, and print receipts.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and update patient records as needed.
• Verify and update personal, health, billing and insurance information.
• Ensure reception area is clean and neat.
