Qualifications

• Knowledge of keyboarding, data entry and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or on the phone, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Check-in patients, answer calls, and manage front desk operations as needed.
• Record and collect co-pays, deposits, and post payments with receipts.
• Update patient records and verify insurance and contact information.
