ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Portsmouth, NH. You will be the first face patients see, greeting them warmly, registering new and returning patients, and collecting payments.

You’ll support the clinical team and help ensure smooth patient flow across multiple systems. The role requires strong communication and organization, a compassionate approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and perform patient registration.
• Collect payments and handle insurance inquiries.
• Manage reservations (online and walk-in) and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and forms.
• Navigate multiple software systems according to clinic protocols.
