Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Patient Concierge - Medical Receptionist to join Memorial City, handling scheduling, patient inquiries, and front desk operations. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process payments, and support clinical staff in daily tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of medical administrative experience, and HIPAA knowledge. Bilingual Spanish is a plus in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• One year of medical administrative or medical call center experience is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements.
• Bilingual-Spanish a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with compassion and professionalism.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Answer calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages to the clinical team.
• Register patients, update EMR, verify insurance, maintain documentation.
• Collect copayments and assist with basic billing questions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide front office operational support.
