Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Livonia, Michigan seeks a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You’ll greet visitors, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and support billing and MyChart tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of medical office or customer service experience preferred.
• Course work in insurance/billing or medical practice education preferred.

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
