ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the PCP and care teams. You will greet and room members, take vital signs, collect medical history, and assist with examinations and routine screenings.

You will manage patient communications, process messages, and coordinate with physicians. A minimum 1 year MA experience, BLS, and EMR proficiency are required or highly preferred; phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program OR comparable healthcare vocational training required.
• A minimum of 1 year work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience is highly desired.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• EClinical Works or similar EMR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake with patients, measuring and recording vital signs, medical history, and performing routine screenings.
• Greet and room ArchWell Health members, assist PCP, and coordinate care with the team.
• Process patient phone messages and routing calls; obtain and relay information for physicians.
• Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures and perform first aid under physician supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Provide health coaching to patients and follow up weekly.
