Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant work experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (6+ months).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• EClinical Works or similar EMR experience.
• Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake, record vitals, medical history, and screenings.
• Communicate changes to PCP and clinical staff during visits.
• Manage patient calls and route messages to the team.
• Change dressings, apply bandages, assist with sutures under supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Provide health coaching with weekly follow-ups.
