Requirements include an active LPN license, BLS, and 1 year of clinical experience in acute, long-term care, or physician practice. Training in EPIC EHR is preferred; some units may require ACLS/PALS/NRP. This position is on-site in Youngstown area.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required for specialty areas.
• 1 year of clinical patient care experience in acute care, long-term care, or physician practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications under supervision.
• Participate in nursing care planning and evaluation with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collect, observe, and document patient data with attention to age-related needs.
• Perform phlebotomy and nursing tasks within scope of practice.
• Ensure safe, continuous patient care and infection control compliance.
• Communicate patient responses to the care team and family as appropriate.
