Mercy Health in Lima, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver patient‑centered care under physician supervision. The LPN will prepare and assess patients, document responses, and support the health care team during visits.

Requirements include active LPN license in Ohio, Basic Life Support, and at least one year of clinical care experience (preferred). This full‑time role is with Neuroscience/Rehab Center – MHP Lima Specialty Care, with standard day shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN licensure or licensure candidacy.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team to meet patient needs.
• Delivers direct basic nursing care per LPN scope of practice.
• Labels and packages specimens as trained.
• Supports clinic operations with clerical tasks as assigned by RN.
• Chaperones providers during examinations as requested.
• Assists providers with procedures and treatments.
