Qualifications

• Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or LPN applicant.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members.
• Implements the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care.
• Assists in providing indirect care through clerical/administrative duties as assigned.
• Acts as a chaperone for health care providers during patient examination.
• Assists with procedures, treatments, and interventions.
• Other duties as assigned.
