Qualifications

Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant or CNA desired.
Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
HHA or PCA Certification required.
Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) in-person.
TB Screening/PPD Chest X‑Ray within 30 days.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential.
Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in varied situations.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Basic computer skills and general tech savviness.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
3 years CNA or home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living and maintain personal hygiene.
Take and record vital signs as assigned (blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
Provide companionship to the client when needed.
Recognize client needs, maintain relationships, and report observations to supervisor.
