Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• HHA or PCA Certification
• Valid Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) in-person
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm
• Reliable, dependable and on time
• Basic computer skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Background check and references available

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks on clients and follow care plans
• Help clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
