Qualifikationen

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA/HHA).
• HHA or PCA certification required.
• Valid BLS/First Aid & CPR certification in person.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Empathy, compassion and kindness are mandatory.
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in diverse situations.
• Reliable, dependable and punctual.
• Basic computer skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

• Carry out tasks per Client Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship to the client when needed.
• Communicate observations to the supervisor.
