Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• HHA or PCA certification.
• Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR) must be in-person.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential.
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in varied situations.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks per Clients Care Plans and support daily living activities.
• Maintain clients personal hygiene and assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate observations to the supervisor and collaborate with the care team.
