Job summary

PrimeCare Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated caregiver to implement customized care plans and provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with activities of daily living, monitor health indicators, and support families by coordinating with supervisors to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or similar role.
Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
HHA or PCA Certification is required.
Valid Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) training must be in-person.
TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential.
Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in varied situations.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Basic computer skills and general tech savviness.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check and provide references.

Responsibilities

Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living and maintain personal hygiene.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Provide companionship to clients as needed.
Communicate observations to the supervisor and maintain relationships with clients.
