Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
• TB screening/PPD chest X-ray within 30 days.
• Must pass background check and provide references.
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per client care plans and assist with activities of daily living.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and overall care management.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Provide companionship and communicate observations to supervisor.
• Treat clients with empathy and professionalism at all times.
