Job summary

Avid Health at Home, LLC is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Fayette County and surrounding areas. You will work under supervision to perform selected personal care tasks and light household duties per the client’s care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADL/IADL, meals, companionship, and safety, while adhering to HIPAA and care protocols. Current PCA certification and state license are required, CPR preferred for some clients.

Qualifications

• Current PCA certification.
• Board or State License required.
• Compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support as per care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support with meals, light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and monitor client conditions and safety.
