Job summary

Avid Health at Home, LLC is seeking Compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to work in clients' homes across Fayette County and surrounding areas. You will provide ADL/IADL support under physician plans and assist with daily living activities while maintaining client safety and dignity.

Eligible candidates should hold PCA certification, be bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, and be prepared to follow care plans and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid PCA certification.
• Board or state license as required.
• CPR certified preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support per physician's plan.
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medication reminders (do not administer).
• Maintain safe, clean home environment and document shift details.
• Provide companionship and accompany to appointments.
