Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) to deliver compassionate, in-home care to clients in Madison County and surrounding areas. You will assist with ADL/IADL tasks under a care plan, supporting health and well-being while maintaining safety.

Qualified candidates are bilingual English/Spanish a plus, PCA certification required, CPR preferred. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification: Current PCA certification.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• CPR preferred and may be required for some clients.
• Must meet transportation, language, and cultural requirements specific to branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides day-to-day ADL/IADL support as ordered by physician's plan and client plan.
• Assist with personal care including baths, grooming, dressing, toileting and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as directed by care plan.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if needed.
• Provide companionship, document services, and report changes to supervisor.
