Qualifikationen

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and be licensed as an RN in South Carolina.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting preferred.
• Hospice experience also preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate hospice services according to physician orders and patient plan of treatment.
• Serve on the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and attend meetings.
• Follow hospice policies, state and federal regulations for nursing services.
• Document direct patient care for successful billing and quality assurance.
• Provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Clinical Services as required.
