Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones, build compassionate relationships, and educate families on caregiving.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the care team to provide comfort and dignity in home-based hospice care. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience with hospice preferred, a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS

• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
