Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care across home-based settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support caregivers, and empower families while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and compliance, in a role that balances autonomy with teamwork.

Eligible candidates hold an RN license in the state, with hospice experience preferred, a valid driver's license, CPR/BCLS

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• CPR and BCLS certification.

• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families.
• Empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one.
