Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home with compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to empower caregivers, educate families, and deliver comfort and dignity at every visit.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS certification, and eligibility for company benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
