Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home, delivering compassionate care that respects individual needs. You will build trust with patients and families, educate caregivers, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity in end-of-life care.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
