Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in acute care hospital, oncology, or hospice.
• Current license to practice nursing in Wisconsin.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for patients and families.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to monitor patient condition.
• Communicate important updates in patient condition to the care team.
