Job summary

Gentiva Health Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Hospice RN / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. This role involves delivering hands-on nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients and their families throughout the end-of-life process.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with at least one year of relevant experience. The position offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing education support to enhance your nursing practice.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as an RN in relevant fields.
Hospice or palliative care experience is preferred.
CPR Certification is required.
