Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing compassionate personal care to hospice patients and supporting families in their home setting.

Applicants should be certified, with preferred 1 year of experience, 75 hours of training, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a supportive, mission-driven work environment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification of Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide required per state regulations.
• Preferred 1 year experience as Aide in community health/hospice or medical/surgical setting.
• Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, hygiene, and comfort measures.
• Assist hospice patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to Case Manager.
• Communicate with patients and families with empathy and confidentiality.
• Maintain patient living areas clean and orderly and adhere to care plans.
