Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides to join our patient- and family-centered team. You will work under a Registered Nurse, deliver personal care, monitor safety, and help meet the plan of care in patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates hold CNA/HHA credentials, CPR, and a track record in hospice or community health settings. Willingness to travel and participate in caregiver support is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA in good standing; California residents must meet extra HHA rules.
• One year of community health/hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including baths, grooming and bedding changes.
• Assist with meals, feeding and hydration as assigned.
• Record vitals and monitor patient condition per plan of care.
• Maintain a clean, safe living area and document care activities.
