Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Madison, WI is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to support patients with their personal care needs. You will be part of an Interdisciplinary Team, working closely with a Registered Nurse to provide comfort and dignity in care.

This full-time hourly position offers a working schedule from Monday to Friday, focusing on creating a compassionate environment for terminally ill patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Preferred to have one year experience in community health/hospice.
• Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs after given a patient's assignment.
• Provide proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown.
• Assist in ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse.
