Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and perform essential tasks to support comfort and daily living for patients.

This full-time role requires travel to patients' homes and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as needed. You will document observations and ensure patient safety throughout care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Meet safety needs and use equipment safely (foot stools, side rails, O2).
• Assist with baths, hygiene, dressing, feeding, and bed linens.
• Assist in dressing, undressing, and feeding as assigned.
• Report changes to case manager and document care observations.
• Adhere to care procedures and professional conduct standards.
• Do not administer medications or perform licensed-nurse procedures.
