Affinity Hospice in the United States is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a hospice aide. The role involves providing dignified personal care to patients in their homes under RN supervision and documenting observations to support comfort and quality of life.

Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will observe patient needs, communicate changes to the case manager, and assist with daily activities while maintaining safety protocols.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain CPR certification as required by state.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassionate care for patients.

Responsabilidades

• Perform personal care tasks for patients as assigned.
• Observe and report patient conditions to the case manager.
• Document care provided and observations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as directed.
• Support in home care while following care plans and safety procedures.

Conocimientos

CPR certified
