The Pennant Group is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in need under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on personal care, observation, and documentation to promote quality, continuity, and safety of care.

Responsibilities include baths, hygiene, meal assistance, vital signs, mobility support, and documenting care. State-approved competency training and CPR certification are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualificações

• Must have completed a state-approved training and competency evaluation program.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little supervision.
• CPR certification currently maintained.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for agency travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, dressing assistance).
• Assist with feeding, meal planning, and nutritious meals.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assist with ambulation, ROM, and mobility per care plan.
• Support patient self-administration of medications and maintain safety.
• Keep patient living area clean and orderly and document care performed.
