The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a hospice aide to work under RN supervision, providing essential personal care and comfort to patients in the home setting. You will observe and report patient status, document care, and collaborate to ensure quality, continuity and safety of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and safety, while upholding hospice philosophy and organizational standards. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Must possess current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• Comfort with terminally ill patients and hospice philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform personal care tasks and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Observe, report, and document patient condition and care performed.
• Assist with meals, feeding, baths, and hygiene.
• Support in ambulation, range of motion, and comfort measures.
• Maintain clean, safe living area and adhere to care procedures.
