Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and maintaining hygienic routines for hospice patients under the supervision of registered nurses.

Responsibilities include wound care, family guidance, and communication with the hospice team. A valid state nurse aide registration, driver license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must complete training and competency evaluation per regulations.
• Must possess CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Support wound care and routine hygiene while keeping patient and environment clean and dry.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to report patient progression and family needs.
