Qualifications

• Must possess valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in direct client care in health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospice patients with personal care tasks and routines.
• Support families by guiding basic health care activities at home.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to report patient progress and needs.
