Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to provide personal care for hospice patients at home, including bedding, bathing, and hygiene routines, under RN supervision.

Qualifications include 1 year of direct client care or recent home health/hospice experience, active nurse aide registry, and basic technology skills. Driving and CPR certification are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting or 1 year in a home health/hospice setting within the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as changing bedding, bathing, brushing teeth, and wound care.
• Support hospice patients and families by explaining routines and care needs.
• Coordinate care with supervising RNs and hospice team to monitor patient progress.
