Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide to assist with essential personal care and support for patients at home. You will work with a supervising RN to monitor patient progress and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in daily routines.

The role requires a valid state CNA or home health aide certificate, CPR, and reliable transportation. A driver license is mandatory, and family education on care practices is provided.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of two experience paths in direct client care (institutional or home health/hospice).
• Registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the work state.
• Basic technology skills including using a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming for hospice patients.
• Support families by teaching and guiding basic care routines at home.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to monitor patient progress and needs.
